- Product Features
High capacity for capturing and containing paint mist, excellent separation efficiency, strong adsorption properties, extended service life, and high overall operating costs.
- Application Areas
Widely used in lathe machining workshops, automotive manufacturing and repair shops, the food industry, coating applications, paint mist workbenches, dry spray booths, and other fields.
- Product Description
The paint mist separator is primarily used to separate paint mist particles from the air. Its core features include physical interception, structural separation, and material durability. The outer casing is typically made of corrugated cardboard (withstanding 1000Pa pressure), while the internal paint baffle plates are constructed from 2-4mm thick cardboard. The overall structure can handle an airflow volume of 5000m³/h with a wind speed ≤2m/s. Some filter models offer 60 days of reusable service life, resulting in low replacement costs.
